In the first place, the aim of the company was to provide product all Microsoft? solution help companies be stable, strong, consultant and faster the system was beyond by professional.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite technical support for Office 365 and associated Microsoft products (e.g., Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business) at client locations, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, excluding client-observed holidays.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues related to Office 365 services, including but not limited to, email delivery, collaboration tools, document management, and synchronization problems.
Analyze root causes of recurring issues and implement proactive solutions to minimize service disruptions and improve overall user experience.
Consult with users to understand their needs, provide guidance on best practices for Office 365 usage, and offer solutions to enhance productivity.
Assist with Office 365 migrations, deployments, and configurations as needed.
Document technical procedures, troubleshooting steps, and user guides to build a comprehensive knowledge base.
Collaborate with internal IT teams and Microsoft support to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary.
Educate users on new features and functionalities within the Office 365 ecosystem.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely resolution of support requests.

Requirements

· Proven experience in a technical support role, specifically with Office 365 services.

· Strong understanding of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, and other Office 365 applications.

· Familiarity with identity management concepts (e.g., Azure AD Connect, single sign-on).

· Experience with troubleshooting methodologies and problem-solving techniques.

· Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) are a plus.

· Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
