Responsibilities

Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive communication strategies that align with company goals.
Craft compelling and informative content for various channels, including press releases, website copy, social media posts, newsletters, and internal communications.
Manage and update company social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and engaging content.
Develop creative visual content, including basic graphic design and video editing, for communication materials.
Support media relations efforts by assisting with media inquiries, press kit development, and monitoring media coverage.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., HR, Event) to ensure consistent messaging and support their communication needs.
Monitor industry trends and news, especially within the FinTech landscape, to identify communication opportunities and challenges.
Assist in organizing and executing corporate events, webinars, and other communication initiatives.
Contribute to the maintenance of the company’s brand guidelines and ensure all communications adhere to them.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the communication department.

Requirements

Fluent in English (written and spoken) is essential.
Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 to 3 year of professional experience in corporate communications, public relations, marketing communications, or a related field. Internship experience will be considered.
Demonstrated ability to create engaging visual content, including basic graphic design (e.g., using Canva, basic Adobe Photoshop, illustrator) and video editing (e.g., using CapCut, InShot, basic Adobe Premiere Pro).
Possess a foundational understanding of the FinTech industry, including key trends, technologies, and market players.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
