Conduct reviews and analyses of information related to the company’s operations to ensure that work processes are accurate, transparent, and aligned with relevant principles and standards within the financial media and technology industries.
Prepare review reports and perform preliminary risk assessments of clients and business partners prior to any commercial engagement.
Study and research requirements and standards relevant to platform development to support the continuous improvement of the company’s internal systems.
Coordinate with internal departments and affiliated entities to ensure that operations are consistent, transparent, and accurate.
Compile and prepare data and reports to support executives in making strategic decisions.
Monitor and update applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards consistently.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Compliance, Legal, or data review functions within the financial industry.
Strong knowledge and understanding of laws, regulations, and principles relevant to the financial media or technology sector.
Good analytical skills with the ability to assess preliminary risks effectively.
Ability to prepare reports and summarize complex information clearly and concisely.
Strong coordination skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple departments.
High attention to detail, responsibility, and adherence to ethical standards in work.
Proficiency in reading, understanding, and summarizing business or regulatory documents in English.
Basic English communication skills (Working Communication) will be considered an advantage.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
