Business Analyst
Woxa Corporation Ltd.- Gather and understand business needs from internal teams and stakeholders.
- Turn requirements into clear documents, simple user flows, and easy-to-follow feature details.
- Work closely with the Product Owner, UX/UI designer, and Development team to ensure everyone shares a common understanding.
- Validate requirements and align expectations between business and technical teams.
- Identify workflow issues or feature gaps and suggest practical improvements.
- Keep documentation and project tracking up to date for all assigned tasks and features.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- English reading/writing ability at a good level (for research and documentation).
- Ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with documentation, diagrams, or basic tools for requirement gathering.
- Understanding of web applications, user flows, and basic system logic is a plus.
- Interest or basic understanding of the financial or investment industry is a plus.
