Responsibilities

Introduction

We are looking for a Product Coordinator to support the execution and coordination of our product development units.
This role works closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery, clear communication, and well-structured execution across all development units.
The Product Coordinator plays a critical role in connecting Product, Design, and Engineering teams, and is well-suited for someone who is interested in how products are built, from requirements and design to development and delivery.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate product development activities across multiple units.
Support Project Managers in sprint planning, backlog organization, and task prioritization.
Track daily execution, dependencies, and progress of development teams.
Act as a central point of coordination between Product, UX/UI, Development, and QA teams.
Ensure requirements are clear, structured, and ready before development starts.
Support basic User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and delivery readiness.
Help identify risks, blockers, and communication gaps during execution.
Maintain product documentation, task tracking, and status updates.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Product, Project Coordination or related roles.
Experience working with cross-functional development teams.
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows and product delivery processes.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a structured and execution-focused mindset.
Interest in technical topics such as system development, UX/UI, or software architecture.
