Responsibilities

Supervise and support the work of technicians and staff under your responsibility.
Perform maintenance and repair of TRW/TRD equipment according to work plans and standard manuals
Inspect and ensure the quality of work complies with established standards.
Oversee and enforce team safety measures, including the proper use of tools and equipment.
Strictly adhere to organizational rules, regulations, and safety standards.
Attend relevant training programs and take responsibility for performing tasks safely.
Operate computers, office software, and specialized tools/equipment for maintenance tasks.
Report work progress and results to supervisors or department managers.
Provide guidance and consultation to clients or relevant departments regarding assigned responsibilities.
Participate in company activities as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, majoring in Railways, Mechatronics or Civil Engineering only.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
0–5 years of working experience; experience in rail transportation systems will be an advantage.
Strong technical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with effective resolution capabilities.
Proficient in computer use, familiar with relevant tools and equipment, and possess team management skills.
Basic knowledge of safe working practices in accordance with company standards.
Able to perform effectively under pressure and in emergency situations.
Possess official documentation for military service exemption.
Physically fit and healthy.
No criminal record and willing to undergo a background check prior to employment.
