Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

Maintain and support the organization’s IT infrastructure systems, including Server, Network, Printer, User Access Rights, Active Directory, Backup Systems, File Server, and Microsoft Office 365 Email.

Able to monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot issues, as well as coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when required.
Provide support for SAP systems, which are the core systems of the organization, including receiving user requests, analyzing problems, and providing initial guidance and support to users.
Support IT projects and perform maintenance of computer systems and network infrastructure within the organization.
Support user training on computer systems, prepare reports and system user manuals, and assist in system development tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of IT systems in both application and infrastructure areas, such as:

- ERP systems, Workflow systems, Intranet, and Email systems

- Network systems, Windows Server, Virtual Machines (VM), VPN, Active Directory, Firewall, DNS, Routing concepts, and Cybersecurity

At least 3 years of experience in IT Support roles.
Experience in SAP Functional, SAP BASIS, SQL, System Administration, Database Management, Office 365, SharePoint, UiPath, or Workflow systems will be considered a plus.
Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly, and basic English communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
High sense of responsibility, strong teamwork skills, and willingness to learn new systems for self-development.
Able to work at Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate, Chonburi Province.
