Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Analyze target customer segments and compare market data and economic conditions to support the company’s business development planning.
  • Plan and prepare customer visit schedules by weekly for target clients and present them to management for approval.
  • Define strategies to develop existing customers into key or premium customers, and follow up with former customers to encourage continuous use of the company’s services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with target customers and business partners to ensure sustainable sales growth.
  • Promote and present products and services for which the company is an authorized distributor in order to achieve assigned targets.
  • Prepare business proposals for presentation to customers to secure their engagement with the company’s services.
  • Provide advice and information on products and services, as well as support and follow up on service delivery to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Source products both domestically and internationally for presentation to customers.
  • Propose projects and activities that support and stimulate sales to achieve company targets.
  • Prepare reports on customer visit status according to plans or as assigned and submit them to management for review.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Male or female, age not over 35 years.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in sales of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) or industrial products.
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and coordination skills.
  • Enjoy negotiation with strong persuasive skills.
  • Possess strong sales skills and able to close deals in line with assigned targets.
  • Willing to learn technical information related to a wide range of products and services.
  • Responsible, with a positive attitude toward the organization and high integrity, working under strong ethical standards.
  • Able to communicate in English (TOEIC score of 550 or above will be an advantage).
  • Proficient in MS Office and email applications.
  • Own a vehicle and able to travel to upcountry/provincial customer site
