Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years (or as specified) in Merchandising / Product Marketing / Category Management, preferably in the automotive parts, fast-moving goods (FMCG) or aftermarket parts sector.
- Strong analytical skills – ability to interpret sales data, margins and customer behaviour.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, analysis) and able to use business intelligence tools.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills – able to engage with suppliers, internal teams and customers.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Experience in automotive-after-market or spare parts industry is a plus.
