Job Purpose :
Responsible for overseas supply planning and replenishment to ensure product availability for sales channels. The role focuses on demand planning, import coordination, and inventory replenishment by SKU to support stable sales and optimal stock levels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supply Planning & Replenishment
- Plan and manage replenishment for imported products based on sales performance
- Monitor stock level by SKU and warehouse to maintain optimal inventory (avoid OOS / overstock)
- Prepare monthly / weekly replenishment plans aligned with sales forecast
- Coordinate replenishment timing with overseas suppliers considering lead time and MOQ
2. Demand & Sales Analysis
- Analyze historical sales data, sell-out trend, and stock movement by SKU
- Work closely with Sales / Merchandising team to understand promotion plans and demand changes
- Adjust supply plan according to actual sales and market situation
3. Overseas Supplier Coordination
- Coordinate with overseas suppliers regarding production plan, shipment schedule, and delivery status
- Follow up purchase orders (PO) to ensure on-time shipment
- Support negotiation on lead time, shipment frequency, and order quantity
4. Import & Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and internal logistics team for import shipments
- Monitor shipment status (ETD / ETA) and update relevant stakeholders
- Prepare and support import-related documents (PO, Invoice, Packing List)
5. Inventory Control & Reporting
- Monitor inventory aging and slow-moving items
- Prepare supply chain reports (stock level, replenishment status, inbound shipment)
- Provide data and insights to support management decision
