The establishment and maintenance of customer relationships
- Collect customer information on the market, and build customer files;
- Maintenance of key customers;
- Investigation, tracking, and analysis of customer needs, providing customer service in a timely and effective manner;
- Organizations do a good job in customer information feedback and transferring to handle customer opinions and Suggestions properly.
Project operation
- The customer needs and market information collection, analysis, feedback, and tracking, to dig and capture market opportunities;
- Project planning and promoting;
- Work with project team members, and promote the project's progress; According to the project, coordinate internal support resources;
- Responsible for organizing and arranging sales contract bidding, a signed and executed, cash collection process.
• Bachelor's or above degree in IT, Marketing, Sales, or related field;
• 3-5 years of work experience on CCTV, access control, or security solution projects;
• Have experience in bidding and key account management;
• Have a customer list of the banking industry.
• Work in an SI company that has existing customers of security (CCTV) from SI or end users is preferred.
• Fluent in English or Chinese in reading, writing, and speaking;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Customer-oriented.
