Basic Requirements

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Manage the recruitment and selection process for permanent and subcontract employees.
Supervise payroll preparation, salary calculation, and ensure accurate and timely payment.
Handle monthly tax submissions (PND 1, 3, 53) and social security filings (SSO).
Manage wage and attendance records of subcontract employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contracts and labor regulations.
Coordinate with subcontractor companies regarding employee documentation, contracts, and payment processes.
Administer employee benefits, leave records, and welfare programs.
Ensure compliance with Thai labor law, tax regulations, and social security requirements.
Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
Oversee performance management and recommend performance-based rewards.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
Prepare HR reports and support management decision-making.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all HR-related matters.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including payroll and subcontract labor management.
Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws, tax, and social security regulations.
Experience with HRIS and payroll software.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good command of Chinese (both written and spoken).
