To deliver best practices and process by manage and align with BCP-OED and site Business Unit requirements (BSRC-Refinery). Technical management of site systems including maintenance, repairs and inspections of assigned areas. Delivery of maintenance projects for new and modified facilities. Analysis of operations data to identify, develop and implement the continuous improvement resulting in increased quality and lower operating costs in addition to be champion SHES on site projects.
Operation and Maintenance
Development, implementation and monitoring of operations procedures for the maintenance and repair.
Compliance with all operations requirements including up-to-date maintenance and operations records.
Plan, manage and coordinate with relate persons to work as OED e-Service requests schedule and also support technical data as BSRC work request.
Follow up and tracking task in OED e-Service requests/OED-Preventive Maintenance system for ensure PM and Demand task are not overdue from schedule.
Supervise PM and Demand tasks must be completed in good performance and good quality.
Improvement all equipment in responsibility for saving energy and can be tracking on parameter and monitoring status.
Add new asset and ensure all equipment or asset have register into OED-Preventive Maintenance system.
Set up training program with team and ensure they can have good technical knowledge, good safety practice and compliance by law and customer requirement.
Project Management (Small CapEx, Ad-hoc work request and OpEx Major repair)
Development TOR, Conceptual design and BOQ follow as Site requirement.
Development Vendor and Contractor for understanding as SHE compliance (CEST).
Supervise project for completely within timeline.
During Project execution
Ensure all work requirement are in progress.
Contractor are follow with client requirement.
Good quality control.
Handover project to owner.
Budgeting.
Coordinate with purchasing support for ensure spare parts, equipment, service and also consumable part are delivery on plan.
Control operation spending within target budget.
Equipment ( Electrical , Building and Mechanical system )
As per mention in DOS this part is starting from MDB, LCB, plug, cabling, data cable, lighting, emergency light and removable plug.
Mechanical equipment such as HVAC, piping, pump, valve, ventilation, ducting,
Make sure all obsolete equipment are in plan to improve and good reliability for spare parts.
Improvement and finding new innovation for reduce machine breakdown and increase machine reliability.
Safety
Supervise O&M team and Contractor service follow with safety compliance system and ensure the workplace would be safe before the start the task.
