- Lead procurement initiatives that optimize cost, quality and delivery performance.
- Analyze and monitor market conditions and trends to proactively identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and product innovation, while also assessing potential risks.
- Foster relationships and collaborate with suppliers and partners to ensure continuous improvement in overall supplier performance.
- Conduct bidding with suppliers to analyze the cost of sales or service for key projects, and negotiate prices to ensure competitiveness in the market.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiating terms and ensuring long-term, cost-effective relationships.
- Maintain and develop supplier relationships to ensure continuous supply chain operations.
- Review, manage, and renew supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments to forecast and plan procurement needs.
- Implement new technologies or systems to enhance procurement operations.
- Ensure all procurement activities are conducted in compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
