Basic Requirements

Responsibilities

Analyze sales history, market trends, and seasonal patterns to create accurate demand forecasts.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply teams to align plans with business priorities.

Apply forecasting techniques to detect inconsistencies and refine demand predictions.

Track forecast accuracy and adjust plans according to market or customer behavior changes.

Prepare reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making and highlight opportunities or risks.

Lead and contribute to S&OP processes to ensure smooth alignment between demand and supply.

Work closely with inventory, sales, and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid shortages or excess inventory.

Identify opportunities to improve demand planning processes and implement practical solutions.

Stay informed on industry trends, new tools, and best practices to enhance forecasting accuracy.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to leverage data effectively for planning.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.

4 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or similar roles.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data analysis tools.

Familiarity with demand planning software (SAP APO, Oracle Demantra, or similar) is a plus.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.

Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Understanding of S&OP and inventory management processes.

Supply chain or demand planning certification is an advantage.

Good command of English and Thai.

Leadership skills and experience managing a small team.

Strong presentation and problem-solving abilities.
