Namchow Group was founded in 1952. It has well-known brands in more than 10 divisions, including baking oil, frozen dough, frozen food, restaurant, and catering. In 1996, when the bakery market was still in its early stages in mainland China, Namchow established a factory in the Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone. The company was deeply involved in the development of the bakery industry, from new product concepts, market communication, and trends, to business operations. Positioned as
a “solution provider and reliable partner,” Namchow has always been a pioneer in the bakery industry.

In 2007, Namchow invested in its second oil & fat production base in South China, located in the Guangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone. Then in 2017, Namchow built its third oil & fat, frozen dough and frozen noodle production base in Shanghai to meet growing market demand.

In 2023, Namchow expanded its presence by establishing a new Head Office in Bangkok, Thailand. This move strengthens our operations in Southeast Asia and allows us to serve customers in Thailand more closely and efficiently. Namchow offers all-around consultancy services, with 25 Customer Service Centers dedicated to serving local needs. Its unique “customer-oriented” approach is recognized by leading clients in the bakery, HORECA, frozen food, and convenience food industries.

Basic Requirements

Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Acquisition
  • Identify and prospect potential B2B customers in the bakery, restaurant, and food service sectors
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new accounts and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Present product offerings and value propositions to prospective clients
  • Prepare and deliver customized sales proposals and quotations
Account Management
  • Manage existing customer accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Conduct regular account reviews and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Track customer feedback and communicate insights to the Product Development team
Product Promotion & Training Support
  • Coordinate on-site product training and demonstrations for customers
  • Educate customers on product features, benefits, and applications
  • Support the Pastry Chef and R&D team during customer training sessions
  • Provide product samples and technical information to clients
Market Intelligence & Reporting
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape
  • Gather customer feedback on product preferences and market demands
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
  • Identify emerging opportunities in the market for new product development
Relationship Building
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
  • Build long-term partnerships with customers to ensure retention and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the Pastry Chef team to showcase new product innovations
  • Maintain professional relationships with distributors and supply chain partners
Administrative & Documentation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system
  • Prepare sales contracts, agreements, and order documentation
  • Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery coordination
  • Meet sales targets and KPIs as set by management

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in food, bakery, or FMCG industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with food products or ingredient sales is preferred
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
  • Ability to analyze sales data and prepare reports
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Results-oriented with a competitive mindset
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Problem-solving ability and customer-focused approach
  • Fluent in Thai and English (or Chinese)
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations for meetings and training
  • Flexibility to work extended hours when needed
  • Driver's license and reliable transportation
