Responsibilities

What you'll be doing

Understand and educate themselves on the changing technologies in Data Center market.
Identify and develop new business opportunities by promoting the company’s technical products and services.
Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions using product knowledge.
Ability to coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers on the latest products and equipment.
Prepare and present product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to clients.
Prepare and deliver technical proposals and quotations.
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, marketing) to provide customized solutions.
Provide after-sales technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and services.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product development.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field).
Proven experience (6- 8 years) in technical sales, engineering support, or related field.
Strong technical knowledge with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. English is a must
Sales-driven with a customer-oriented approach.
Outgoing personality with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to entertain clients and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Ability to work independently and travel as required.
Must have data center basic understanding, experience within data center market is preferred but not necessary
