Responsibilities

Process international sales orders and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to track order status and delivery schedules.
Prepare proforma invoices, quotations, price lists, and sales-related documents for customers.
Handle export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and shipping procedures.
Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and government agencies to facilitate smooth shipments.
Arrange and monitor international shipments to ensure on-time delivery and cost-effective transport solutions.
Serve as the primary contact for export customers, providing order updates and resolving issues related to delivery, availability, or payments.
Maintain strong relationships with overseas customers, distributors, and agents.
Maintain and update export sales records, contracts, and customer databases.
Prepare export sales reports, shipment status updates, and support sales forecasting and inventory planning.
Support internal teams (sales, finance, marketing) with trade shows, promotions, negotiations, and general export sales administration.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in export sales administration, international trade, or logistics operations.
Strong knowledge of export procedures, customs regulations, and shipping documentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with ERP systems.
Solid understanding of Incoterms, international payment terms (LC, TT), and global trade regulations.
Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government export agencies.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and high accuracy.
Good command in English
