Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focusing on SEO, SEM, and campaign management to drive traffic, lead generation, and brand awareness.
Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
Plan, execute, and monitor paid search campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms, ensuring optimal ROI and performance.
Analyze campaign data, track KPIs, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to enhance website performance and user experience.
Manage A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives to improve campaign effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness in all paid media activities.
Report campaign performance and insights to key stakeholders and recommend adjustments as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in SEO, SEM, and digital campaign management with a strong record of delivering measurable results.
Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other digital marketing tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies.
Experience with website optimization, keyword research tools, and SEO best practices.
Knowledge of content marketing, link-building, and technical SEO.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Google Ads or other digital marketing certifications are a plus
