Responsibilities

Location : อาคารหะรินธร, สีลม (MRT สีลม, BTS ศาลาแดง)
Working Hour : Mon -Sat 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (office standard hours).

(For the Site Manager position, if there is no work on Saturday, attendance is not required.)

• Manage and oversee the overall execution of all food factory on-site projects to ensure alignment with project plans, budgets, and defined standards.

• Design and install production line machinery for food manufacturing.

• Supervise utility systems and ensure proper maintenance and operation.

• Maintain and service machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

• Improve machine and production line efficiency.

• Supervise and coordinate with project teams, contractors, and all related suppliers.

• Responsible for project planning, resource allocation, and resolving issues that arise on site.

• Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

• Act as the company’s representative in coordinating with clients, government authorities, and local communities.

Requirements

• Age between 40–50 years old.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (must hold a Professional Mechanical Engineer License: Level 2).

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management or on-site construction supervision, preferably in factory projects.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

• Japanese language ability at JLPT N4 level or higher is an advantage (JLPT N3 or higher will receive additional language allowance).

• Must possess a valid driver’s license (company car available for business use); owning a personal car is an advantage.
