1. Plan, manage, and control all accounting and financial functions in compliance with
accounting standards and relevant laws.
2. Supervise the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial
statements accurately and on time.
3. Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
4. Manage all tax-related matters, including VAT, withholding tax, and corporate income
tax.
5. Establish and improve accounting systems and internal controls to enhance efficiency and
accuracy.
6. Lead, supervise, and develop the accounting team, including task assignment,
performance monitoring, and evaluation.
7. Coordinate with external auditors, internal auditors, government authorities, and related
external parties.
8. Prepare financial reports and analyze financial data to support management decision-
making.
9. Oversee factory cost accounting, including cost control, cost analysis, and inventory
valuation.
10. Provide accounting, financial, and tax advice to management.
11. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

2. กำกับดูแลการจัดทำและตรวจสอบงบการเงินประจำเดือน ไตรมาส และประจำปี ให้ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และทันเวลา
3. ควบคุมการปิดบัญชีประจำเดือนและประจำปี
4. ดูแลและบริหารจัดการด้านภาษีอากรของบริษัท เช่น ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย และภาษีเงินได้นิติบุคคล
5. วางระบบบัญชี ระบบควบคุมภายใน และปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
6. บริหารและพัฒนาทีมงานบัญชี รวมถึงการมอบหมายงาน ติดตาม และประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน
7. ประสานงานกับผู้สอบบัญชี ผู้ตรวจสอบภายใน หน่วยงานราชการ และหน่วยงานภายนอกที่เกี่ยวข้อง
8. จัดทำรายงานและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางการเงิน เพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหาร
9. ดูแลและควบคุมงาน บัญชีต้นทุนโรงงาน การวิเคราะห์ต้นทุน และการควบคุมสินค้าคงคลัง
10. ให้คำปรึกษาด้านบัญชี การเงิน และภาษีอากรแก่ผู้บริหาร
11. ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บริหาร
