Business Development Manager

- Continuously monitor competitors, their activities, and product ranges.
- Develop specific markets, customers, or product ranges as assigned by the Line of Business (LOB).
- Visit customers across the APAC region and prepare detailed visit reports as requested by LOB.
- Manage product development projects from concept to market launch, coordinating with Sales, Technical, and Quality Departments.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and Area Managers of CGA, depending on assigned market, customer, or product focus.
- Actively participate in all internal CGA meetings alongside the Sales Department to stay updated on sales activities and contribute as part of the sales organization.
- When assigned by LOB, draft commercial requests for the technical team, ensuring compliance with regulations and market requirements.
- When assigned by LOB, prepare and execute technical and commercial offers, manage customer communications, follow up on purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and support payment collection.
- Support all marketing activities, including website content, social media, catalogues, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Host and coordinate customer visits to Thailand, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Business Development, Sales, or Market Research
- Strong English communication skills
- Technical background or experience in LPG / Industrial / Medical Gas is an advantage
- Able to travel across APAC and overseas
- Having experience in LPG / industrial gas / medical gas industry
- Thai nationality or Non-Thai who has Thai language level B1 to speak in the company
