Basic Requirements

Responsibilities

Responsible for preparing and ensuring the readiness of raw materials, machinery, equipment, and manpower before production.

Control and monitor the production process according to the production plan to achieve products that meet quality standards and delivery schedules.

Track and inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet targets and quality specifications.

Report any production process abnormalities to the supervisor immediately.

Provide recommendations and corrective action plans to resolve production issues and achieve operational goals.

Report limitations or issues that may prevent production targets from being achieved to the supervisor with suggested solutions.

Prepare and maintain production-related documents and quality system records in accordance with company standards.

Ensure all machines, tools, raw materials, and manpower are ready and available for production activities.

Supervise, guide, and support production line operators to ensure efficient and safe operations.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry.

Strong knowledge and understanding of quality management systems such as ISO 9001:2008, GMP, and HACCP.

Energetic, proactive, and results-oriented with strong leadership skills and the ability to solve problems effectively.

Capable of delegating tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance to subordinates.

Fair command of English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).

Proficient in basic computer programs (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience in Product Development (PD) or Research & Development (R&D) within the food industry is an advantage.

Able to work in shifts and under pressure.

Creative, detail-oriented, and open to learning and adapting to new challenges and changes.
