Responsibilities

Sales area :

Identify and approach potential Chinese-speaking clients who may benefit from our audit and advisory services.

Communicate directly with prospects to understand their business needs and propose appropriate solutions.

Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and client communications.

Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to explore cross-selling opportunities.

Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and seminars to represent the firm and build relationships with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

Marketing area :

Plan and execute marketing campaigns aimed at Chinese-speaking businesses and decision makers.

Create and manage Chinese-language content across platforms such as WeChat, Xiaohongshu, LinkedIn, and others.

Develop brand awareness in Chinese markets by telling the ConnectAcc story through engaging digital content.

Research market trends, competitors, and customer behaviors to refine sales and marketing strategies.

Collaborate with internal and external teams to localize marketing materials for Chinese audiences.

Requirements

Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).

Good command of Thai or English for internal communication.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a professional and proactive attitude.

Prior experience in B2B sales, professional services, or accounting/financial industries is highly preferred.

Understanding of audit, tax, or consulting services will be an advantage.

Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
