Responsibilities
1) Define the commercial strategy by aligning company goals with the competitive situation on the market to ensure the organization remains profitable and well-positioned.
2) Provide executive management with market intelligence through the systematic analysis of competitors and technological trends to support informed strategic decision-making.
3) Identify new business opportunities by actively searching for untapped market segments and customers to increase the company’s overall market share.
4) Optimize the department organization by managing individual responsibilities and ensuring appropriate staffing levels to maintain a high-performance team.
5) Drive sales performance by leading the team to reach short-and long-term order intake targets as defined by the company budget and planning.
6) Standardize departmental workflows by organizing tasks so all customer requests are answered in a timely and professional manner to improve customer satisfaction.
7) Strengthen customer partnerships by organizing regular visits to promote products and maintain close relationships with key stakeholders.
8) Develop human capital by conducting regular performance reviews and career development sessions to ensure the growth and retention of the team.
9) Ensure operational compliance by following EHS regulations, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 rules to mitigate legal, safety, and quality risks.
10) Execute administrative authority by proposing and organizing technical shows and exhibitions to enhance the company’s presence in the automotive market.
11) Maintain the quality management system by aligning sales and marketing functions with IATF 16949 and other regulatory requirements to ensure continuous operational excellence.

Requirements

Master’s degree Mechanical or equivalent in Materials, Mechanical related.

At least 10-15 years of sales experience in the automotive parts industry, with 5-8 years of leadership experience in a sales management position (e.g., Sales Manager, Regional Sales Director).

 Deep understanding of the global/in regional automotive parts market, familiar with automotive parts products (e.g., engine parts, chassis parts, electrical parts, body parts) and sales channels.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with successful experience in market expansion and customer development.

Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills, able to effectively motivate the team and coordinate cross-departmental work.

Strong market analysis, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities, able to quickly respond to market changes and formulate effective sales strategies.

Good English communication skills (both oral and written), able to conduct business negotiations and communicate with international customers smoothly. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.

 Willing to travel frequently domestically and internationally as required by work.
