At least 10-15 years of sales experience in the automotive parts industry, with 5-8 years of leadership experience in a sales management position (e.g., Sales Manager, Regional Sales Director).
Deep understanding of the global/in regional automotive parts market, familiar with automotive parts products (e.g., engine parts, chassis parts, electrical parts, body parts) and sales channels.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with successful experience in market expansion and customer development.
Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills, able to effectively motivate the team and coordinate cross-departmental work.
Strong market analysis, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities, able to quickly respond to market changes and formulate effective sales strategies.
Good English communication skills (both oral and written), able to conduct business negotiations and communicate with international customers smoothly. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
Willing to travel frequently domestically and internationally as required by work.
