Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Business Development Managers and Sales Executives to achieve both individual and team KPIs.
Supervise and monitor team and personal performance to ensure all sales targets and objectives are met according to company standards.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), Asset Managers, Affiliates, and Institutional/B2B clients.
Oversee client acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies to drive consistent business growth.
Provide strategic direction, guidance, and feedback to enhance team productivity and performance.
Stay informed on financial markets and competitor trends to identify new business opportunities.
Negotiate and manage partnership agreements that create mutual value for both partners and the company.
Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to implement company initiatives and business expansion plans.
Prepare regular performance reports and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Fulfill any additional duties and responsibilities assigned by management as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience in Forex or financial sales, with a strong record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience managing a sales or business development team.
Strong understanding of the Forex market, trading platforms (MT4/MT5), currency pairs, and risk management.
Knowledge of IB/Affiliate programs, partnership structures, and client acquisition strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Highly responsible, committed, and result-oriented, with the ability to manage both personal and team performance effectively.
Strong analytical thinking and strategic planning abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
