- Operate advanced laboratory instruments and manage various equipment in the QC laboratory.
- Verify accuracy and approve analysis results for in-process samples, finished goods, raw materials, and QC requests, including preparing reports and COAs for supervisor approval.
- Supervise Operators to ensure all tasks follow the Instruction Manual, Sampling Plan, and relevant work regulations.
- Conduct inspection and calibration of laboratory instruments to ensure accuracy and readiness for use at all times.
- Investigate and analyze root causes when equipment malfunctions or analytical results show abnormalities.
- Monitor and ensure adequate availability of chemicals, glassware, and spare parts in the laboratory at all times.
- Ensure all operations comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and TIS/OHSAS 18001 requirements.
- Perform tasks assigned by the Supervisor and higher authority.
- Coordinate with related departments for sample collection and required information for analysis.
- Participate in productivity improvement activities, safety programs, and other company initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Chemist / Polymer Science or ralated filed
- No underlying health conditions that may affect work performance, such as acrophobia (fear of heights), motion sickness, or skin conditions incompatible with chemical handling.
- Able to operate laboratory instruments such as FT-IR, DSC, HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, PSA, and others.
- Strong knowledge and skills in using laboratory equipment and glassware, such as titration and chemical preparation.
- Proficient in basic computer programs such as MS Office, LIMS, Canva, and Pivot Tables.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
