Basic Requirements

Responsibilities
1.Execute recruitment and hiring processes according to the approved manpower plan for all positions, from staff to managerial levels, including Thai employees and persons with disabilities.
2.Conduct initial interviews and screenings to identify qualified candidates for submission to department managers.
3.Prepare employment contracts and manage onboarding processes, including the distribution of employee benefits.
4.Monitor and evaluate new employees during the 70-, 80-, and 90-day probation periods, and communicate evaluation results to employees and supervisors.
5.Prepare recruitment and employment reports, as well as probation evaluation summaries.
6.Conduct exit interviews for employees with over 90 days of service to analyze turnover causes and propose improvement measures.
7.Develop and implement action plans for employee retention in collaboration with relevant departments, and present them to the HR Manager for review.
8.Plan, analyze, and enhance recruitment processes to ensure the selection of qualified candidates that meet departmental needs.
9.Recommend innovative recruitment channels such as online platforms, job websites, and job fairs.
10.Coordinate and participate in job fair activities to expand candidate networks and talent pools.
11.Support HR departmental KPI achievement and continuous improvement initiatives.
12.Contribute to employer branding projects through public relations activities and social media channels.
13.Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment and selection; experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage a recruitment team effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office and online recruitment platforms (e.g., job boards, social media)
  • Good personality, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
