Basic Requirements

Responsibilities

Contract Management

Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements and contracts
Manage supplier agreements, service contracts, and vendor relationships
Ensure contract compliance and monitor performance obligations
Maintain contract databases and documentation systems

Legal Compliance

Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Conduct legal research and provide advice on regulatory matters
Coordinate with regulatory authorities and government agencies
Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures

Corporate Legal Affairs

Support corporate governance and board meeting documentation
Handle employment law matters and HR policy compliance
Manage intellectual property matters and trademark registrations
Oversee corporate secretarial functions and statutory filings

Risk Management

Identify and assess legal risks in business operations
Develop risk mitigation strategies and legal frameworks
Handle dispute resolution and litigation management
Coordinate with external legal counsel when necessary

Requirements

Education & Professional Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) from an accredited institution
Licensed to practice law in Thailand (Thai Bar Association membership)
Minimum 2-4 years of legal experience in corporate or commercial law
Strong understanding of Thai commercial law and regulations

Strong analytical and research abilities
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
Effective communication skills in both Thai and English
Proficiency in legal research databases and MS Office applications
