Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Act as the key liaison between Client, EPC Contractor, and Project Owner to ensure

smooth communication and alignment of project objectives.

Support the Project Owner in monitoring project progress, milestones, and deliverables in line with contractual requirements.
Provide technical and commercial insights on solar power (200MW scale) and steam supply projects to ensure compliance with international standards and best practices.
Participate in project meetings, review technical documentation, and provide constructive feedback to EPC Contractor and Client.
Identify potential project risks, propose mitigation measures, and report updates regularly to the Project Owner.
Facilitate cross-cultural communication, ensuring understanding between Japanese stakeholders and local project teams.
Manage stakeholders effectively at all levels, ensuring expectations are aligned and issues are resolved proactively.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving ability, handling unexpected challenges and client-facing situations with professionalism and efficiency.
Support project documentation, reporting, and correspondence in English and Japanese as required.

Requirements

Qualifications

Japanese nationality (mandatory).
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Energy, or related field
Minimum 10 years’ experience in large-scale power projects (preferably solar or thermal/steam supply).
Strong knowledge of EPC contracts, project execution, and stakeholder management.
Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English (written and verbal).
Ability to work in Thailand (or project location) on a full-time/contract basis.
Fluent in Japanese and English (both written and verbal)
Thai language skills are an advantage and will be considered a strong plus.

Preferred qualifications :

- Prior experience in large-scale solar projects (100MW+).

- Engineering background with solid technical understanding of power/energy systems.

- Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to resolve issues under pressure and manage client relationships effectively.
