- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and develop HR strategies that support organizational goals. Provide expert advice on HR-related matters and contribute to decision-making processes.
- Address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide guidance to resolve conflicts. Work to maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of open communication and mutual respect.
- Work closely with management to identify talent needs and develop strategies for attracting, retaining, and developing key talent. Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
- Assist in workforce planning initiatives, ensuring that staffing levels align with business requirements. Collaborate with hiring managers to recruit top talent, participating in the interview and selection process.
- Implement HR programs, policies, and procedures in alignment with company objectives and legal requirements. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Lead and support organizational change initiatives, guiding employees and leaders through transitions. Foster a change-ready culture by promoting adaptability and resilience.
- Identify training needs and collaborate with HR colleagues to develop and deliver training programs. Support employee development initiatives to enhance skills and competencies.
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Generate regular reports on HR key performance indicators.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
