• Handle overall HR operations including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and general administration.
• Plan and execute recruitment activities, screening candidates, and arranging interviews.
• Prepare and manage employment contracts, job descriptions, onboarding, and orientation processes.
• Manage payroll, OT calculation, tax, and social security submissions accurately and on time.
• Maintain and update employee database and time attendance systems.
• Coordinate work permit, visa, and other related employee documentation.
• Support performance appraisal processes and HR reports.
• Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and company policies.
• Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
