• Develop and manage sales activities to achieve business targets.
• Communicate effectively with Japanese clients and internal teams in both spoken and written Japanese (JLPT N2/N3 or equivalent).
• Provide translation and interpretation support for documents, meetings, and business discussions.
• Prepare presentations and reports for managers and clients using Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, and Excel.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer needs to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Assist in production planning or procurement tasks if necessary.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Perform other administrative or business support tasks as assigned.
