• Manage, monitor and analyze key Quality KPIs and identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and execute internal audit plans, ensure audits are conducted as scheduled to maintain compliance with QMS requirements, CSR and international standards.
• Establish and maintain inspection/test plans and control plans for incoming materials, in-process production and finished goods.
• Support NPI (New Product Introduction) and ETO (Engineering To Order) activities by developing Control Plans, Quality Gates , ISIR (Initial Sample Inspection Report) and product/process traceability.
• Participate in PCN (Process Change Notification) and ECN (Engineering Change Notification) processes, ensure changes align with engineering specifications and standards, conduct PPAP approvals (as required) and manage customer breakpoints.
• Conduct supplier part validation, including inspection and testing of components to ensure they meet engineering specifications and quality standards.
• Laboratory & Calibration Management.
• Lead root cause analysis and resolution for Quality defects, Non-conformances, Customer complaints, Field warranty issues, Ensure solutions are delivered within budget and timeframe.
• Establish, implement, and maintain QMS in accordance with international standards and CSRs.
• Documentation & compliance management : procedures, work instructions, forms, and records to ensure full compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Conduct and follow up on management reviews to ensure the QMS remains effective, suitable, and adequate.
