Responsibilities

Lead and oversee product quality risk assessments across the group of manufacturing plants to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and customer requirements, including FDA, TIS, Codex, JECFA, and SMETA.
Evaluate and control food regulatory compliance for products such as flour-based products, glass noodles, and animal feed, and provide practical guidance to relevant departments.
Manage Food Contamination, Food Defense, and Food Fraud risks throughout the entire supply chain by collaborating closely with manufacturing plants to plan, implement, and monitor preventive measures.
Plan, manage, and supervise quality system audits for each manufacturing site in accordance with applicable standards.
Drive and monitor quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with plant QA teams to ensure alignment with organizational quality objectives.
Develop and propose annual quality system improvement plans to enhance competitiveness and reduce quality-related costs.
Manage and analyze food regulatory data, including monitoring future trends in food quality and regulations, and prepare analytical reports to support management decision-making.
Develop and maintain quality performance measurement systems to ensure ongoing compliance with standards and continuous improvement.
Act as a key coordinator between QA Managers, Plant Managers, and the Quality Steering Team to achieve shared quality objectives across the organization.

Requirements

Male/Female, not over 45 years of age.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, Food Technology, or other related fields.
Proven experience in QA/QC or Quality Systems within the food manufacturing and export industry.
Strong knowledge of Thai and international food regulations, with the ability to monitor, interpret, and analyze regulatory changes.
Demonstrated ability to perform in-depth analysis, risk assessment, and systematic problem-solving.
Strong cross-functional management skills, with experience working closely with manufacturing plants and senior management.
Certified or trained in Food Safety, ISO, FSSC, SMETA, or other internationally recognized quality management systems.
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills, with the ability to lead teams and drive quality performance effectively.
