Responsibilities

• Manage and control overall HVAC business operations for commercial buildings, with a primary focus on chiller products and related systems, including CPMS and BMS.

• Develop and implement medium- and long-term strategies to expand the chiller product business and enhance organizational capabilities.

• Lead and mentor sales and engineering support teams to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with international partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

• Represent the company at industry seminars, conferences, and networking events to promote brand visibility and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the chiller business, including sales and engineering support, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.

• Proven ability to lead teams and drive business growth within the HVAC industry.

• Strong English communication skills for international business dealings and public speaking engagements.

• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills & Certifications

• Knowledge of CPMS, BMS, and advanced chiller technologies.

• Proficiency in HVAC design software and MS Office applications.
