- Plan, design, and develop delivery operations and workflows to align with company objectives.
- Control and optimize delivery costs to ensure cost efficiency and budget compliance.
- Continuously improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency, speed, and accuracy.
- Supervise and verify sales orders, delivery documents, and billing information to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Oversee and coordinate loading operations to ensure products are loaded safely and according to delivery plans.
- Manage inbound and outbound product movements to ensure accuracy and compliance with procedures.
- Coordinate with relevant departments (Sales, Warehouse, Accounting, After-Sales Service) regarding deliveries, returns, claims, and delivery status updates.
- Plan, manage, and set annual operational directions and work plans for the delivery team.
- Prepare and control the department’s annual budget.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and problem-solving support to team members.
- Continuously develop and improve team performance, productivity, and service quality.
- Prepare operational performance reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Monitor, analyze, and report departmental KPIs to management for performance evaluation and improvement.
