Training Project Manager
Strategic Collaboration & Curriculum Development: Drive strategic partnerships with engineering and technology educational institutions to design and develop specialized curricula that support business growth and expansion.
Training & Project Management: Oversee and manage all internal and external training projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment of skilled technical and engineering personnel to meet the company's business and technological development needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with universities to develop curricula for personnel.
- Design and oversee training projects for engineering staff, both domestically and internationally.
- Source engineering talent and technology from educational institutions to develop a robust Talent Pool system.
- Coordinate with relevant parties to promote and enhance skills in using tools and technology.
- Support talent development planning for engineering teams.
- Age 35 years or above
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Management, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience working in an engineering company or technology organization
- Knowledge or experience in technical training or technology development
- Knowledge of training curriculum design and development
- Knowledge of project management and cost-benefit analysis of training projects
- Knowledge of organizational learning and evaluation systems
- Basic engineering knowledge to enable effective communication with technical personnel
- Working under high pressure
- Good command of spoken and written English and Thai
- Work under High-Tech AJ Holding Ltd.
