Quality Engineer / Sr. Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Process Quality Control, including Incoming Quality Control (IQC) and Incoming.
• Follow up on quality issues and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented.
• Drive continuous quality improvement activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Review Corrective Action Reports (CAR) and handle customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
• Support development and improvement projects related to IPQC and product quality.
• Analyze quality data, prepare reports, and present findings to management and relevant stakeholders.
• Provide quality guidance and technical support to production and engineering teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering or Quality Control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Good knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001 or other relevant standards.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with experience using quality tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, 7 QC Tools, FMEA, 8D, SPC).
• Proficient in data analysis and capable of presenting quality trends and KPIs via Excel and Power BI dashboards.
• Experience in handling CAR and customer complaints.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Good command of written and spoken English. (Interview in English)
