Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor SQCDP performance for designated teams.

• Set targets, implement action plans, track daily results, and adjust resource planning to achieve operational goals.

• Collaborate with Production Unit Managers, shift Supervisors, and support teams to ensure transparent communication and alignment.

• Identify improvement opportunities and drive initiatives such as 5S, TPM, and root-cause problem solving.

• Oversee daily team operations, ensuring adequate staffing and adherence to standardized work processes.

• Maintain on-floor presence to address questions and resolve issues promptly.

• Manage shift schedules, including vacation planning, breaks, overtime, and backup coverage.

• Support team development by onboarding new members, facilitating training, and conducting timely performance evaluations.

• Foster a positive team culture focused on continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.

• Ensure working conditions comply with company HSE standards.

• Intervene in production activities when safety risks arise and drive corrective and preventive actions.

• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.

• Guide employees on proper use of control points, equipment, tools, and procedures to ensure policy compliance.

Requirements

- Completed education of not below secondary school or high school in general subjects or equivalent as minimum

- Experiences at least 3 years in Assembly process works

- Experience in process improvement with Lean tools / TPS.

- Strong in the people management.

- Understood Mechanical drawing / Electrical drawing.

- Sketchup skill is advantage.

- Have basic Knowledge of computer.
