-Analyze overall market trends and competitor activities to develop marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, aiming to increase revenue and market share.
-Manage and execute sales promotions and marketing campaigns, including pricing, stock management, and promotional materials, to achieve business targets.
-Develop and manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform and enhance the customer journey across all channels to deliver outstanding customer experiences and foster brand loyalty.
-Oversee the planning and production of all marketing and public relations materials, ensuring alignment with brand identity and consistency in brand application.
-Lead, guide, and develop a high-performing marketing team, providing direction, mentorship, and motivation to achieve shared objectives.
-Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including Sales, Supply Chain Management, Finance & Accounting, IT, and Human Resources, to support smooth operations.
-Monitor and evaluate brand and competitor performance to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and recommend strategies for long-term growth.
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or related fields.
-Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing management or related roles, preferably in the building materials and interior decoration industry.
-Strong knowledge of marketing principles, sales, strategic planning, resource allocation, and budgeting.
-Familiarity with media production, communications, and content dissemination techniques.
-Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
-Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
