• Talent Acquisition: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, utilizing our proprietary tools (JobTopGun & Super Resume) to source, screen, and hire high-caliber candidates across various departments. Treat recruitment as a high-level marketing campaign. You will communicate our Unique Selling Points (USP) and create a "product" (work environment, culture, and tools) that satisfies top-level jobseekers better than any competitor in Thailand.
• Employer Branding: Act as a Brand Ambassador and Advertiser. Your goal is to reach our target audience more effectively than any other company, ensuring TOPGUN is the employer of choice.
• Employee Development: Act as an internal educator to develop colleagues’ entrepreneurial capacities. You will organize unique seminars, such as Romance of the Three Kingdoms and 21 Ways Rich People Think, to broaden their perspectives.
• Employee Engagement: Promote true Work-Life Harmony by encouraging hobbies that develop competencies—such as Scuba Diving, Sailing, Golf, Tennis or Music (Violin/Cello)—helping peers achieve a better quality of life.
• Performance & Growth: Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, implementing performance systems that help our people keep pace with the organization’s rapid progress.
• HR Operations & Payroll: Manage day-to-day administration, benefits, and labor law compliance with a focus on making everyone happy through "The Joy of Giving."

• Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Political Science, Business Administration or other related fields
• Winner's attitude
• Ambitious; Willing to work hard for achievement
