To assist the marketing team with digital & social media communications and co-ordinate events at the stores & offsite.
Responsible for marketing operations, customer relationship management and social media & key opinion leader management.
- Assist with the communications and support of all promotions and campaigns to stores. This includes creation or adaptation of Point-of-Sales promotional materials and using in-house systems to set promotional codes.
-Liaise with buyers, designers, printer on the execution and production of catalogues.
-Follow up on in-store POSMs and setup, including campaign dress-up, new store set-up and refurbishment.
-Liaise with vendors/ suppliers/ third parties and manage marketing activities at the stores.
-Create special in-store events/activities for star card members/customers.

- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- 2-3 years' hands-on working experience in CRM and digital marketing, including social media platform, is essential. Experience on e-commerce is an advantage.
- Have good English communication skills
- Knowledge of the digital, database, analytics & CRM tools is an advantage - Google Analytics, Oracle DB, Capillary, Adobe marketing Cloud etc.
- Excellence interpersonal and communication skills.
- High organized, meticulous, and able to work under pressure.
- A self-starter, willing to explore new and create marketing ideas.
