Key Responsibilities
1.Requirement Gathering & Business Analysis
-Engage with business stakeholders to understand needs, problems, and opportunities.
-Conduct business analysis and prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications for both SAP and non-SAP systems.
2. Prioritization & Planning
-Assess and prioritize initiatives based on business value and urgency.
-Support decision-making with business cases and benefit analysis.
3. Stakeholder Communication & Liaison
-Serve as a liaison between business users, internal IT teams, and external service providers/implementers.
-Effectively communicate requirements, insights, and plans to cross-functional teams and management.
4. Technology Solution Delivery
-Collaborate with internal IT and external vendors to deliver technology solutions aligned with business requirements.
-Oversee testing, validation, and user acceptance before system rollout.
5. Project & Stakeholder Management
-Manage project activities, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
-Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with defined scope.
-Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate when necessary.
6. IT Project Management & Business Support
-Act as an IT project manager to support and enhance business operations across all business units.
