Prepare yearly employee contribution change rate, work’s men compensation fund reporting and payment
Manage employee's wellbeing, welfare and benefits, life insurance, health insurance, annual health check, etc. (Renewal Insurance, Compare checkup program)
Familiar to contact government for action as labor law; Department of Labor Protection and Welfare, Social Security Fund, Disability Person Department.
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
Generate detailed attendant reports, leave report, Provided important analytics like employee turnover.
Submit monthly Payroll report all for accounting payment.
Submit monthly Tax (PND1), SSO, Provident Fund and payment
Submit yearly Tax (PND1A) report
Submit Yealy report budget HRM.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource or a related field.
At least 5-10 years of experiences in an HR role or similar
Knowledge of labor laws is plus
Advanced Excel proficiency is required.
Has experiences as HRM Payroll Compensate Benefits (will be a big plus)
