- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of working experience in transportation, trucking, or logistics sales (preferably in container haulage or freight forwarding business).
- Understanding of trucking operations, port/ICD procedures, and container movement processes.
- Basic knowledge of logistics documentation and pricing structure (e.g., transport rates, fuelsurcharges, detention/demurrage, etc.).
- Familiarity with CRM systems or sales reporting tools is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
- High responsibility and commitment to meeting sales targets and customer satisfaction.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literate (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good command of both English and Thai (spoken and written).
- Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel to customer sites when required.
