- Cost and budget controlling in maintenance work.
- Performance evaluation of supervisor and promotion consideration of subordinators
- Setting up training and human resource development program.
- Acting as managerwhen there is vacancy or ab sense.
- Working under company and safety regulation.
- Mornitoring and implementation Quality Management system.
- Mornitoring and implementation Environment management system.
- Mornitoring and implementation Occupational health&safety management system.
- Mornitoring and daily check machine conditions in PM1, PM2, SSP, PS, PY
- Mornitoring the performance of critical mechanical equipment by vibration analysis.
- Create history of equipment.
- Follow schdule oil analysis and vibration analysis from external agency.
