1.Plan and control the painting process in the production line to ensure quality meets the required standards.
2.Inspect and improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
3.Analyze and propose improvements for the painting process, including cost reduction and product quality enhancement.
4.Research and test new materials or technologies for painting.
5.Analyze and resolve issues related to paint quality.
6.Coordinate with related departments such as Production, Maintenance, and Quality Control teams.
7.Provide knowledge and training to employees on painting processes and equipment maintenance.
- Age 25 years or above.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Automotive Paint Process.
- Knowledge of painting techniques, painting equipment, and quality standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficient in using analysis tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, Value Stream Mapping, and SPC.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to present information effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant CAD or ERP software.
- Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
