Legal Supervisor

• Responsible for all legal matters relating to company’s businesses.
• Draft, review and commend required contracts and various forms of agreements or legal documentations
• Negotiate on legal terms and conditions of contracts and any legal documentations, advise on new business ventures and transaction matters
• Coordinate and contact with all internal departments, government authorities and external counsels in Thailand and overseas
• Act as in – house legal counsel for company : corporate, commercial contract, joint venture , foreign investment.
• Preparing on Legal management report and provide management recommendation where required
• Provide legal advice , comment , opinion in terms of all legal issues related to the business of the Company and its affiliates
• Advise and supporting for corporate matters and daily basis on compliance policies and issues.
• Provide legal documents such as Power of Attorney, documents relating to business law
• Coordinate with outsource lawyers regarding legal action
• Manage and identify legal and commercial risks of all require contracts / agreement
• Ensure that the Company is in compliance with all relevant laws, rules and regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law.
• At least 5 years of legal from real estate or property
• Excellent spoken & written English
• Have a Lawyer’s License
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Detail–oriented and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in the Microsoft office
