Responsibilities

Drive process development and improvement aligned with the company’s Industry 4.0 roadmap, including automation, IoT integration, and data-driven enhancements.
Lead new project initiatives—defining requirements, planning the roadmap, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely progress and smooth implementation.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to monitor project status, perform validations, and ensure solutions meet operational needs.
Manage project planning, scheduling, execution, and reporting to support on-time delivery.
Explore and evaluate new technologies to identify opportunities for IoT, automation, and digital transformation within production processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Engineering or related fields.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
1–5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing (automation experience is a plus).
Skills in machine design, programming, IoT devices, or related technologies are an advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills, proactive mindset, and solid problem-solving & decision-making abilities.
Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
